Corrections
Every mistake that slips into an article is recorded here publicly — with date, description, and resolution. Nothing is silently corrected.
## How we correct
Vroeg never corrects silently. Every material post-publication change is:
- **logged** on this page, in reverse-chronological order;
- **flagged** in the article itself, via a correction block at the
top with date and summary of the change;
- **added** to the article's `modifiedAt` field + the Phrack-footer
SHA-256 (so the change is machine-verifiable);
- **notified** to at least one validator from the reader corps, in
case a second pair of eyes is needed before the correction is
applied.
Typographic corrections (typos, layout, dead links) are silently
patched without being listed here. Substantive changes — claims,
numbers, attributions, predictions — are always publicly logged.
## Found an error?
- Send your finding to meld@vroegsignaal.be with the article URL, where the error sits, and — where possible — a primary source backing the correct information.
- Response time
- We aim for a first response within 5 business days. For material factual errors with regulatory or market impact: within 24 hours.
- Anonymous reporting
- Possible via the same email, with a disposable address or pseudonym. We process the content of the report, not the identity. For source protection on sensitive reports: see editorial standards.
